“My future wife”- Conor McGregor announces engagement to longtime girlfriend
Former UFC two-division champion Conor McGregor seems to be enjoying his retirement from combat sports.
The former champ was seen in the French Riviera celebrating his birthday a few weeks ago. Ever since he announced his retirement, he has been spending time with his family.
Earlier today, Conor dropped a huge announcement.
The Irishman took to social media to announce his engagement to his long-time girlfriend Dee Devlin.
“What a birthday, my future wife !” Conor McGregor wrote on his Instagram
McGregor first met Dee at a club. He felt that she was a “nice girl” and decided to talk to her.
“I asked her to come over, and we just started chatting. She seemed like a nice girl, and I like good girls,” McGregor said.
According to Dee, she admired Conor’s work ethic and thought he was funny. He’s very funny – he always keeps me entertained and makes me laugh,” Devlin said.
