Ex-MMA fighter Laura Sanko responds to callout
Laura Sanko has quickly become one of the biggest personalities in MMA. Laura competed in MMA back in 2013 at Invicta when she won her first and only fight.
Sanko submitted Cassie Rob via rear-naked choke. Since then, she has transitioned from MMA to broadcasting. The journalist has become a household name in MMA.
On a recent Instagram post, Sanko shared a training session with her hitting the pads. One user was so impressed they suggested she was the next opponent for the women’s MMA GOAT Amanda Nunes.
In the video, fans can see Laura land clean punches.

One of her followers was so impressed they suggested Sanko fight the top-ranked female pound-for-pound fighter, Amanda Nunes.
Sanko responded saying the two fighters are not in the same weight class. She added that no matter what she weighed, Nunes would defeat her. She said, “But I weigh 118 and regardless of what I weigh she would murder me.”
Amanda Nunes is the only female fighter in UFC history to hold two titles in two divisions simultaneously. She is also the only fighter in the promotion to successfully defend both belts.

UFC Featherweight Champion Alexander Volkanovski tweeted saying, “Got some pop in them hands mate!!”
UFC fighter Angela Hill seemed impressed by the 3-2 combos.
